About Blue Coachella

Manny had a vision of providing in-home service solutions to part & full-time residents in the Coachella Valley. The dream was then realized after meeting Robert and starting up Blue Coachella. Both founders share a like minded goal of entrepreneurship working on something new and innovative. With all the changes happening in the Valley, Manny and Robert wanted to be a part of the development and progress. The founders are committed to having a positive effect on the community and making long-term relationships with our customers/friends.

Blue Coachella charges a commission percentage based on rental activity revenue and only are paid when the home is generating rental business, thus always incentivizing us to keep a property busy with qualified guests. We don’t make money unless the homeowner is as well. Our commission percentage fee varies based on property type.
The guests pay for housekeeping, a services division we manage in-house. Blue Coachella can also provide and/or require guest paid mid-cleanings during their stay. We also offer homeowner stay cleanings.
Besides utilizing the largest virtual hotels in the world in Airbnb and Vrbo/Expedia, we also receive referrals from real estate agents, insurance agencies, and job relocation companies amongst other avenues.
85% – 95% of our homes are occupied even in summer off-season months. There are frequent times when we are operating at 100% occupancy of our entire rental home inventory.
