We have popular music & film festivals, golf & tennis events, restaurants & entertainment, and it has become a sought after destination where people pay top dollar to stay in the sun. Your neighbors are making hundreds or thousands a night in added income from these vacation renters and you can too.

A: Yes, 40% of our managed home rental inventory are 30-day minimums and they are very popular. We keep them occupied as much as our Short Term (2/3 night minimum) rentals.
A: There is a security deposit with each Airbnb and Vrbo listing to cover any issues. Airbnb and Vrbo include host protection insurance in case a guest gets hurt or causes property damage. Renters generally treat your home like their own because they want all their security deposit back and people are conscientious of others’ property. If there is a guest caused damage issue then Blue Coachella will document it with photos and go to financial recourse with the guest on behalf of the homeowner.
A: No, we do not. Your money is direct deposited into the bank account of your choice.

If everyone deems there may be a fit, then we’ll issue you a formal proposal with the financial terms included.
